Project Overview: The Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP) is seeking a qualified architectural, design, and/or engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive massing study of a 1-block development site in Mount Vernon, Indiana. The selected firm will conduct a massing study for a 2-3 story, river-oriented multi-family building. optimizing site utilization, sustainability, and aesthetics.
