Update 4.20.2022
The Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, on behalf of the Southwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA), releases the next steps for awarding the $50 million of Regional Economic + Acceleration Initiative (READI) funds. Potential projects or programs will work through a four-step competitive process to receive financial support. The overall timeline includes:
- May 2022 – Dec 2022 Step 1: Regional Evaluation
- June 2022 – June 2023 Step 2: Collaboration & Review
- Sept 2022 – Dec 2024 Step 3: Approval and Submission
- Approval until December 2026 Step 4: Award
The community is encouraged to review the full outline. E-REP is hosting four identical information sessions on April 27 and 28 throughout Posey, Gibson, Warrick and Vanderburgh Counties. Registration is required to attend the in-person session and a recording of the final session will be posted to the READI tab for those not able to attend.
