what we do
PREPARE BIDS
The Evansville Regional Sports Commission is committed to bringing events to the community that showcase our many great assets. Many times, a bid is required to bring those events in. We specialize in creating winning bids which includes everything from securing support from elected officials, coordinating with venues, communicating with governing bodies and local organizations and much more.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
When it comes to events, getting them is half of the battle. Executing them is where the communities committed to hosting sporting events stand out. The ERSC specializes in all aspects of running events including, but not limited to, the creation and execution of marketing plans, recruitment and coordination of volunteers, ticket sales and promotions, creating and running special events, coordinating local, regional and national media, and much more. Our team is dedicated to providing a championship experience that players, coaches and fans won’t soon forget.
VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT
