Our BR&E team- along with partners from IEDC, the Southwest Indiana Workforce Board, and CenterPoint Energy- met with Escalade’s leadership to learn more about their operations, workforce needs, facility challenges, and long-term growth plans. This visit is part of our ongoing efforts to stay connected to existing employers, understand barriers to growth, and connect businesses with the resources they need to succeed in the Evansville region.
Escalade Sports serves as the corporate headquarters of Escalade, Inc., a company with a proud history spanning over a century. Escalade designs, manufactures, and sells sporting goods, fitness equipment, safety, and indoor/outdoor recreation products. As a publicly held company, Escalade has traded on the NASDAQ since 1973- placing it among the top 1% of listed companies in terms of tenure. The Evansville facility houses corporate offices, finance, engineering, sales, marketing, and a large warehousing and distribution operation.
