The Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance (TSMA) Steering Committee, along with regional partners, visited SIGMA Group for an inside look at their operations, services, and people-first culture.
The visit included an overview from CEO & Founder Rob Palmer, additional insights from Zach Bittner, Director of New Business Development, and Renee Palmer, Chief of Staff / Interim Marketing Director, as well as a discussion on SiGMA’s employee ownership model and talent development efforts led by HR Director Kim Gries.
Attendees also participated in guided facility tours, offering a firsthand look at SiGMA’s capabilities and day-to-day operations.
