Orr Fellowship Evansville

Orr Fellowship helps recent grads kick off their careers while living in the Evansville Region or Indianapolis!

In partnership with the Evansville Regional Business Committee (ERBC), and E-REP, Orr Fellowship made a significant move in 2024 toward deepening its impact across the state of Indiana by expanding outside central Indiana for the first time, to the Evansville region.

What are Orr Fellows? Orr Fellows are recent graduates hired for full-time roles at partner companies in various industries, gaining hands-on experience while accelerating their careers in Indiana. Along with their jobs, they participate in a professional development program, networking with peers and alumni while learning critical business and leadership skills.

Who should apply to Orr Fellowship?
Soon-to-be college graduates from all majors and backgrounds interested in working in business. Orr Fellow candidates are hungry, humble, and curious. It is recommend that those who apply have a cumulative GPA of 3.2.*

What does an Orr role look like?

You’ll work for 2 years as a full time employee at dynamic businesses in Evansville and join a cohort full of early career professionals doing the same.
Outside of work, you’ll participate in programming focused on continued learning and community building with 150 other early career professionals.
