Premier Indiana post-undergraduate program strengthens Indiana’s workforce and leadership pipeline
Orr Fellowship, Indiana’s premier early career development program, has announced its newest cohort for 2026. More than 90 college seniors and recent graduates have been matched with leading Indiana-based partner companies and will embark on their two-year Fellowship upon graduation. The second cohort in Evansville includes 25 college graduates (or upcoming graduates).
This year’s Fellows, formally selected after Finalist Day interviews in Indianapolis and Evansville, will gain unparalleled career development, an expedited pathway into the Kelley Evening MBA program and Butler University MBA program, formal leadership training, networking opportunities, mentorship and community building within Indiana’s thriving business ecosystem. Fellows are selected for their strong leadership potential, academic achievements and commitment to community impact.
As the Southwest Indiana Orr Fellowship chapter continues to grow, it has added over a dozen new partner companies for 2026, including:

Orr Fellowship has a network of 676 alumni and 131 current Fellows in the program. An average of 66% of Orr Fellows remain with their respective partner companies as they progress in their careers or go on to graduate school.
