Business Retention & Expansion (BRE)

E-REP BR&E Visit to Honeymoon Coffee Co.

As part of the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership’s (E-REP) Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) program, E-REP recently visited Honey Moon Coffee Co. to learn more about the company’s operations, workforce, and opportunities to support its continued success.

While many know Honey Moon for its four local cafés, the company has built an operation that extends far beyond serving coffee. Through Evansville Coffee Company, Honey Moon roasts, packages, and distributes its own specialty coffee, supplying its retail locations, wholesale customers, local businesses, and online customers across the country. The company also prepares fresh food, produces bottled beverages and house-made syrups, and partners with regional businesses throughout its supply chain.

Employing approximately 80 team members, Honey Moon continues to invest in employee development, technical training, and direct relationships with coffee producers around the world. During the BR&E visit, E-REP and its regional partners discussed workforce resources, business incentives, and additional opportunities to support Honey Moon’s long-term success in the Evansville region.
