E-REP BR&E Visit with Alcoa Warrick Operations

Our Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) team recently visited Alcoa Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to supporting key regional employers.

Alcoa Warrick Operations is a major advanced manufacturing facility in the Evansville Region, producing primary aluminum and supporting hundreds of high-quality jobs across Southwest Indiana and the surrounding tri-state area. The visit provided an opportunity for partners to gain insight into the company’s operations, workforce, and future outlook, while strengthening ongoing collaboration.

Representatives from Alcoa shared an overview of their operations and highlighted continued investment in their facility, including efforts to enhance efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability. Discussions also focused on the importance of maintaining a strong workforce pipeline and ensuring the region remains competitive for advanced manufacturing.

The BR&E program is designed to proactively engage with existing employers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and connect them with resources that support long-term success in the Evansville Region.
