E-REP BR&E Visit with ePackageSupply

E-REP recently visited ePackageSupply as part of our ongoing Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) program, meeting with CFO & COO Eric Reffett to learn more about the company, its growth, and what’s ahead.

Joining the visit were Kaylie Pruiett with E-REP, Valerie Schmidt with the Southwest Indiana Workforce Board, Andrea Lendy with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), and Jeremy Durbin with CenterPoint Energy, partners who regularly collaborate through our BR&E program to help connect regional businesses with resources and support.

Headquartered right here in Evansville, ePackageSupply is located off Kotter Avenue and specializes in plastic packaging and containers, including customized labeling and printing solutions. The company was founded approximately 10 years ago and has continued to grow its customer base and expand the packaging solutions it provides.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to tour their approximately 60,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution facility, learn more about how technology and customization are shaping the business, and hear about some of the new opportunities the team is exploring as they continue to grow. ePackageSupply also recently launched a new website to support its e-commerce and customer experience.

Another highlight: ePackageSupply has been recognized as an Indiana Chamber Best Place to Work for two consecutive years! It’s a great recognition of the workplace and team they’ve built here in the Evansville Region.

Visits like these are at the heart of E-REP’s BR&E program. By connecting directly with local employers, we can better understand what’s happening within their businesses, celebrate their successes, and identify opportunities to connect them with resources that support continued growth.

Thank you to Eric and the ePackageSupply team for welcoming us in and showing us around. We’re excited to continue supporting their success in the Evansville Region!
