TaylorMade Golf Plans $58.9 Million Expansion in the Evansville Region
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (Feb. 25, 2026) – TaylorMade Golf Co. today announced a $58.9 million expansion of its operations in Vanderburgh County, creating up to 50 new full-time jobs by 2031 and retaining an additional 149 jobs.
The Evansville Region was selected following a competitive, multi-state evaluation —a clear validation of the region’s workforce strength, central logistics access and proven ability to support long-term operational growth. Selection for this expansion highlights the success of the region’s strategy to retain and grow existing employers.
The company will occupy and fully equip a new built-to-suit, 450,320-square-foot facility on 53 acres at 6700 Petersburg Rd. The project consolidates TaylorMade’s existing Evansville operations under one roof while expanding distribution and embroidery capabilities to support growing demand across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The company expects to begin moving into the new facility in early 2027 and begin hiring for new positions later next year.
“This project represents an exciting next chapter for TaylorMade Golf and Sun Day Red as we continue to invest in our people, our products, and our long-term growth. The new distribution center will significantly enhance our operational capabilities while creating meaningful opportunities within the Evansville community,” said Jessica Delgado, associate director of PMO Operations at TaylorMade. “Evansville has been an incredible place to live and work—its strong workforce, collaborative spirit, and commitment to growth make it the ideal location for this expansion and deepening our roots in the region. I’m incredibly proud to help bring this vision to life and to further strengthen our presence in a state and the community that I truly love and am proud to call home.”
The Evansville operation serves as TaylorMade’s only U.S. distribution center, supporting fulfillment for both TaylorMade Golf Co. and its Sun Day Red performance apparel brand in partnership with Tiger Woods. Once complete, the new facility will position the company to ship millions of products annually, reinforcing the region’s strategic role within TaylorMade’s North American supply chain.
“TaylorMade’s decision to expand reflects a long-term partnership and our focus on helping strong employers continue investing here,” said Josh Armstrong, Chief Economic Development Officer for the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership. “Retaining and growing companies already operating in our region is one of the most effective ways we create opportunity for residents and signal to other businesses that this is a place where investment is supported.”
TaylorMade relocated its warehouse and distribution operations to Evansville in 2017 and has steadily grown its footprint in the community. The region’s central location enables the company to reach more than 80 percent of its customers within three days — a logistical advantage that continues to drive operational efficiency and customer responsiveness.
“We appreciate TaylorMade’s investment in our community,” said Justin Elpers, President of the Vanderburgh County Commissioners. “The decision to expand their existing footprint and the creation of additional full-time jobs is a strong vote of confidence in Vanderburgh County’s workforce. We are proud to support TaylorMade and look forward to their continued success.”
Based on the company’s investment plans, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation has committed up to $555,000 in performance-based tax credits. Working alongside the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, Vanderburgh County is finalizing additional local incentives to support the project.
Council President John Montrastelle added, “TaylorMade’s expansion is a major win for Vanderburgh County. It creates jobs, grows our tax base, and strengthens the long-term fiscal health of our community — all while reinforcing that our county is a place where world-class companies choose to invest and grow.”
