Steering Committee

The TalentEVV Steering Committee brings together public and private leaders, elected officials, nonprofits, and regional stakeholders to advance the Evansville Region’s strategic plan. Built on a foundation of collaborative planning, TalentEVV is the community’s pledge to growth across four focus areas: Population Growth, Live Well, Thriving Workforce, and Upward Mobility.

The TalentEVV Dashboard

The TalentEVV Dashboard represents the active visual curation of the TalentEVV 2030 Goals. The Dashboard shows the most up-to-date regional data points we have related to the Steering Committee’s objectives. The goal for our Dashboard is to provide real-time insights to inform strategic planning and to activate regional prescriptions to issues sooner, rather than later. The data is visualized through Microsoft’s PowerBI software. All data is sourced from publicly-available reports, statistics, and dashboards.

As our region evolves, so will the Dashboard. New data points and insights will be added based on Steering Committee and community feedback.

How to Navigate the Dashboard:

• Navigate between the TalentEVV Pillars to go into greater detail on key metrics we’re tracking;
• Every Supporting Metric will list the Current Value (as of Feb. 2026), the 2030 Goal that was established by the Steering Committee, the Difference between the Current Value and the Goal, and the our overall Progress to the defined 2030 Goal, using 2018 numbers as a baseline;
• The Details section will list the Goal, the Source, and, if necessary, important insights
